Our bridesmaid, Kelly, introduced us on Brandon’s 22nd birthday at Billy Bob’s in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Funny coincidence: Chuck and Amy Miller, my parents, also met in the Stockyards more than 30 years ago. Flash forward a year from that first meeting, we sat next to each other in constitutional law. It wasn’t my best class (actually my lowest grade in law school), but it gave me a chance to get to know the cute guy one chair over. We started dating in February 2023 - the day the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl. In 2024, we finished law school, moved to Kansas City, took the bar and started our careers as attorneys. We are so excited for this next chapter!
