If you intend to stay near the venue, AirBnb will be your best friend. I would look in Crawford, Hotchkiss, and Paonia for the shortest commute. However, if you don't plan to drink or stay too late, it may be cheaper or more convenient to stay at a hotel near one of the airports in Montrose or Grand Junction. These towns will have more traditional hotel lodging options. It will just be a longer commute at the end of the night.

Flying is certainly the most expedient way to get from place to place. However, unless you are coming from a major airport like DFW or Denver, it could be more cost effective for your family to drive. Plane ticket costs aside, a rental car will also be necessary if you fly into town. Some people may find it ideal to fly into Denver, rent a car, and drive over the mountain into town. It is a 4-5 hour commute depending on weather and road construction.

Yes, there is a gravel lot next to the venue. If you are handicapped, pregnant, or breastfeeding and want to park in the back of the venue for closer vehicle access, please just let us know so we can direct you.

The ceremony will be on a landscaped lawn. The reception will be inside. The dance floor will be weather dependent - we can open to the outside or keep it fully enclosed. It is September in Colorado, so anything can happen. Please check the weather before your trip to ensure you have weather appropriate attire.

Yes! We are registered on Amazon. Any gifts you wish to purchase can be sent to Brandon's home in advance of the wedding or brought to the venue the day of. Since we are commuting, our preference would be for large packages to be shipped directly to Brandon.
